Fast service but not Restaurant clean level, I wonder no people and clean is a subject during pandemic

It is what it is supposed to be ... only with fast food things could go a little faster as always. However, especially at the time of the pandemic, it is fast and well organized in the Drive Thr.

Smells like feces

We eat quickly prepared, even on days when things get busy. The workers are also very nice and help with problems.

The food is mostly good and fresh, but has to subtract 1 star, as mistakes often happen with orders in the McDrive, things including the lack of whole burgers. And if you do not check immediately whether you have everything you have at home, you get upset ... This has happened quite often, especially with larger orders. So unfortunately only 4 stars. Regarding Corona: Mask requirement and distance rule are also mandatory here, and you have to be entered whether you want to take the food with you or eat there, as only a limited number of people are allowed to eat inside at the same time. (Distance rule). Hygiene regulations have been tightened and are implemented well by the employees.

Unfortunately I have problems communicating in the drive-in again and again. Due to a lack of German language skills for many employees, not all, mistakes happen too often, which leaves me frustrated.

No human contact. Order from large boxes, which then hang up unnecessarily. Absolutely creepy and customer unfriendly.

The food is average for a branch of Mc Donalds. Very often food is forgotten when ordering take-away. It gives the impression that toys or books are deliberately forgotten about the HappyMeal. Some of the staff reacted outrageously.

Now what is there to report about Mc Donalds. One restaurant is the same as another. Just tried the drive in. Nothing to complain about. Friendly staff, the parking spaces outside were clean, ordered a Coke without ice, what worked, I've experienced differently. So all about a good branch.

Not only the person serving at Mac Drive was rude but he was shouting at us without reason. Whem I went to complain politely he did a rasict attack saying this is fu**ing Germany not England. Disgusting to have personell like him. Disgrace and we ''l never visit this branch again!!!
